These unique, pure wool shawls are woven with hand-spun yarn inside rural village homes in Rajasthan, India. They are woven on hand looms, preserving traditional skills, as well as traditional heritage patterns. They can take up to 20 days to weave. Warm, thick, durable, if well-cared for they will last a lifetime, even generations.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authoristion of your payment. Although we can deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses, delivery to these locations may take a little longer.
When you have chosen the products you want to buy from us, the delivery address will default automatically to the billing address you have entered for your payment card. If you want us to deliver your order to a different address, you can choose this option as you go through the checkout process. We are unfortunately unable to specify a time slot at which the goods will be delivered to you. A signature will be required on delivery of the goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered to you.
A signature may be obtained from any person at the given delivery address. If no person is present at the delivery address you have provided, the courier may attempt delivery with a neighbour who will be asked to sign on your behalf. Alternatively, your parcel may be delivered to a local Post Office, or returned to the couriers depot and delivery will be attempted at a later date.
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for non-UK deliveries, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside of the UK. We reserve the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to destinations outside of the UK.
Please note that many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. The products you order for delivery to destinations outside the UK may be subject to duties or taxes upon importation. These duties or taxes are levied once the product reaches the country of destination. You are responsible for determining whether there is any restriction on delivery of our products to your selected destination. You are also responsible for any duties, taxes or additional costs levied on your product at the time of importation, and for paying those costs. We recommend you contact your local customs authority or post office (where applicable) to learn more about customs restrictions and possible costs prior to placing an order.
We hope you’re happy with your new Haruka purchase. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, here’s what to do.
If the items you order are not suitable, you have up to 14 days, from the date of receipt of the goods to post the return to us to receive a full refund. Please note that we will refund a basic postage cost, not the full cost of any enhanced postal service you may have opted for . All we ask is that you send them back in the unused
condition that you received them in and with the original labels still attached.
There are 2 ways for you to return items to us:
Please enclose a note detailing your name, address, contact number and reason for return. Also, please send us an email to : email@example.com with your order number in the subject box. Please send us details of what you are returning and the date of postage. It would be helpful to us if you could explain briefly why you are returning the item as it will help us to improve/ adapt if necessary. Your feedback is always valuable to us. Please note certain products cannot be returned for reasons of health and hygiene, for example, pierced products such as earrings.
We recommend you use some form of registered post in case you need to track your parcel.
If the item is faulty, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order, we will be able to offer a refund or an exchange and reimburse your postage costs if applicable. We’re really sorry, but we’re unable to take back used goods which are unsuitable or don’t fit, or reimburse the postage costs incurred returning unused/unsuitable items to us. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights.
While we are happy to post the exchanged item to you free of charge you will have to pay the returned item(s) postage to us.
This offer is limited to UK customers only, additional charges may apply for international exchanges. Exchanged items must also follow the same 14 day returns policy and be posted to the same address.
